The report header is missing data in this required...

I've created a new report, but I keep getting the following error

"The report header is missing data in this required field(s): Travel / Event City "

Yet, when I go to the header, there is no place to enter in "Travel / Event City"

@craverb this is a known issue in your site and your admin has already submitted a help ticket to get this fixed.
