Showing original exchange rate for audit purpose

Hello dear community members,

I have an issue regarding exchange rate when reviewing expense report.

One of our employees modified the exchange rate on her expense report, and when I was reviewing it I found out I couldn't tell if that has been modified, unless I check the exchange rate from other websites.

Is it possible to show the original exchange rate on the report, so I don't need to search it everytime I see one?

I am also curious if there's anyone wants this feature too?

@KevinYang Hello!  I hope you are having a great week 🙂  While we cannot have both the original amount and the changed amount on the report, you can make it so that it will create an exception if they change the amount by a certain percentage.  If you want to have it trigger for any changes the Exchange Rate Markup (percentage)  would need to be set as 0.

It is not possible to make converted amount field as read only as it is a system. However an audit rule can be set which trigger when user makes any modification to the converted amount field in the expense entry. If you want this be configured please contact Concur Support.
