Hello all. Here is what has been communicated to us internally:
"At approximately 6:40am
Pacific / 3:40pm CET, the US2 data center went completely off-line. It
remained down for a little less than 3 hours.

Incident Response Personnel
identified an internal configuration that was causing all traffic to be blocked
between our firewall and the internal gateway connecting to our servers.

When that configuration was
repaired, traffic began to flow into the site.

While Travel has been able
to remain stable, the influx of traffic for Concur Expense has overwhelmed
another internal database tier.
·
We have tried several
corrective actions including upsizing that tier. Each time we are able to
bring the site up briefly, but then the pent up demand overwhelms the site and
performance degrades.
We continue to troubleshoot and are actively engaged with both internal teams and AWS."
