Rush Credit Card Fee

Hello,

I applied for a new corporate credit card and there was a rush fee as I am expecting travel soon. The payment is due August 9, so wondering the steps to get this paid for if anyone can point me to an article or how to resolve so its not late. I have not booked travel yet so can't include it in any current reports.

@ssistare ask your direct manager if they will allow you to submit the rush fee as an out of pocket expense. Do you know if the card company is charging the rush fee to the card? Seems unlikely since the card wouldn't yet be active, but if that is the case, if your manager lets you submit as out of pocket, you will receive the funds then can send a payment to the card company to cover the fee.
