how to add pop window in Concur for approver if claim contain any specific expense type?

Hello Viv_prabha,

The popup options are limited and at this time are not configured by Expense types. Might I recommend configuring a yellow message audit rule to flag the expense type for review by the Approvers (conditions would be Entry > Expense type in/equals > Expense to flag). The exception message can be masked from the user on page 3 of the audit rule by updating the Exception Visibility to show the Approver and Processor:

@viv_prabha I concur (bad pun) with @Brian_B as pop-up messages are limited to when they can be shown, usually upon sign in. Brian's solution is what I would have suggested as well.
