Problem with the Concur app

Hi

I downloaded the app (I have Samsung S10+)

I open the app and it is synched with my account,. The problem is that the screen is kind of grayed and i can't click on any button or menu. like the app is "Frozen"...

I tried to remove and reinstall but it didn't helped...

Any Idea?

Hi @nogawe ,

 

Although difficult to answer, I suspect that this has something to do with the android version on your phone. As per latest supported config documentation, Concur mobile app supports android version 8.0 and higher. However, the android versions 9.110, 9.111, 9.112 are being deprecated.

My Android version is 12... So this should not be the issue...

Ok. Then I am afraid I cannot help. My earlier comments was because I saw that S10 has android version 9. Hopefully someone else can support.

@nogawe did you try shutting down your phone and rebooting? Also, if you could provide some screenshots of what you are experiencing, that would be great. 🙂
