Problem with loading receipts

We are seeing an issue being reported by some of our users having issues when loading receipts.  When attempting to verify uploaded receipts within Concur the user sees a blank screen:


And when it is opened it looks like this:


Is this issue currently being seen by others and is Concur working to resolve?

@kjma245 are they checking the image immediately after attaching? If so, they might just need to wait a minute or so for image to fully process.

This happens to me all the time, even on receipts that were uploaded days prior to opening it to check. The only solution I have found it to refresh the page, and then it usually fixes the problem.. works about 9/10 times lol, sometimes I have to refresh 2 or 3 times in order to view the receipts.
