@Bangkyun Thank you for reaching out here. Pending External Validation takes place through a third party outside of SAP Concur so all you can do is wait for the report to go through the validation and come back into the SAP Concur system. You can reach out to your SAP Concur Admin to create a support ticket if you feel this is in error.
