Pending Approval

 My expense report have been pending approval by App Zen Admin since 4/26/2024. Is this a new process? Why is the approval taking so long?

@llgordon Hello!  I am showing that you submitted this report and then you recalled the report.  You just re-submitted a bit ago.  I'm not sure if this is a new process for your company, you could check with your manager on that.

Kevin, my manager is the one that told me to recall and resubmit. The AI is flagging business parking when it should have more logic added to exclude airport parking. All the receipts are there and no fraud is detected. it is simply for business parking.  can you have the AI approve past the business parking.

@llgordon we cannot push any expenses past the AppZen approval step. You can try reaching out to your AP team if you feel it is taking too long to see if they can push it through.
