Payment Manager - says 'RESCHEDULE BATCH'

When trying to close a batch, status says 'Processing' and Actions available are 'reschedule batch'.  We are unable to download any files.  The one batch originally had 79 expense reports, now there are four batches with 74, 1, 2 and 2 in them.  Three of the batches are 'Processing' and one is showing 'Open'.

@lisakidd I suggest posting this in the Admin Group as the members in that group are more likely to have experience with closing batches.
