No Expense Tab showing in SAP Concur

I was set up for Concur by my company and sent a company credit card and keep getting emails about charges that haven't been submitted on an expense report. But when I log into concur, it only has tabs for "Travel" and "App Center". How would I get the expense report tab or any other necessary tabs added so that I can submit these?
