Multiple logins

We have a user who needs access to two separate Concur expense accounts (one for our company, another for a sister company) - do the usernames need to be unique for each one? He's having issues logging in to the second login setup.

@amauro yes, the usernames/log in IDs must be unique. One thing you could do is add the number 1 to their first username.

For example, if my username for the main company is kevind@companyx.com, you could set me up with the username kevind1@companyx.com for the sister company. You can use the same email address for both accounts.
