Multiple concurrent approvers

Trying to come up with a solution one or our organizations.  They want ERs to go to an approval queue where multiple people could approve vs having the ER go to only one person.  Other than via delegates any option for this?

@Davidpnero Hello!  The way you can do this is to have a Processor Step added and then give the Processor Permission to any of the user's that would be able to approve reports at that step.  You can also assign the processors per Expense Group, so they would only see what is available to approve for the group assigned.

To restrict access for Expense Processors per employee group, or prevent them from approving reports on behalf of other approvers, you will need to modify their groups/settings in User Permissions as follows:

  1. Go to Administration > Company > Company Admin > User Permissions
  2. Select the tab corresponding to the roles/permissions to be assigned or removed.
  3. Step 1 - Modify Roles By: Search by User Name
  4. Step 2 - Search Text: Enter the user’s name, Email or Login ID
  5. Click Search.
  6. Step 3 - User Name to Assign Roles: Select the user name from the drop-down menu.
  • Use Available Roles and Roles for this User to identify which roles/permissions to assign to the user
  1. To add or remove the Expense Processor role from a user, click the role, then click Add >> or << Remove
  2. The groups can be selected under Groups to be Assigned to the User(s) for the Selected Role(s)
  • Note: When granting the Expense Processor role scroll down to Access for processor and select Display all reports pending processor step and beyond from the drop-down.
  1. Click Save
