Missing ticket transactions imported to Concur user profile

Hi Team,

 

We found that there are ticket transactions that the traveler booked via Cytric Amadeus have not been imported to his Concur profile.

 

Invoice booking was created on 6 Mar 24 but until now, they are not showing yet. I can provide the invoice for your checking if you need.

 

I already checked with ticket agent (AMEX  GBT) and they said the transactions have been transmitted without errors.

 

Usually, it takes not longer than 1 week for transactions to arrive.

@ikegt did you check to see if the transactions are being hidden for some reason? This is checked on the Administration>Tools>Company Card screen.

Hi Kevin,

 

I think I know the reason why the transactions have not been showing up in the user's profile.

 

There's some error on this import run.

 

Can you please advise how can i solve this error? It said to use diversion but i cannot find it.
