Manager expense report not flowing for approval

Hi, I have a manager reporting to me located in Mexico. She submitted expense report and according to audit trail, the report is pending my approval. However, I don't see anything in my queue in Concur. Her report status shows "pending external validation". please help.

@acomanes so, a report cannot be both submitted for your approval and pending external validation at the same time. The report was submitted and before it goes into your queue, it goes to external validation, which is an audit of the report that happens outside of SAP Concur. Once the external validation is done, it should flow into your approval queue.
