Login and Password Reset Not Working on Mobile App

User Name and PW not working on app. I tried resettin the passcode but it's not taking my orginal password.

Now I'm locked out!

Please help.

@206680822 Did you try logging into the Web version of SAP Concur and resetting your password there? You should be able to use the same username and password for both the web and mobile versions. If you try logging into the web version and get an account locked message, you will need to contact your company's internal SAP Concur admin so they can reset your password or wait 24 hours.
