Is there a "Region" column or so in Concur that I can add to my monthly report?

I am reviewing some data from my FY23 report I wanted to know the percentage for each expenses type per region. I only have BUs names and would have to do some manual work to sort it each time. Do you know if there is a "Region" column or so in Concur that I can add to my monthly report?

@kayenix Hi!  I hope you are having a great week 🙂  Do you have a field called Region that you use in either the user's profile or on the Report Header?  If so, you should be able to add that field to a Cognos Report.

@kayenix to add to @MelanieT 's reply, there isn't an out of the box column for Region. It would need to be a custom field.
