@Apurva_jpmc21 hello there. For these very specific questions regarding a company policy, you should speak to your direct manager to see if this is allowed or not. I know some companies allow Internet reimbursement, but usually it is submitted on a monthly basis and not six months at one time.
Also, have you been set up with an SAP Concur profile to be able to create and submit expense claims? This is the first thing that would need to happen if it hasn't.
