How to translate list's items

I want to know if translating items of list is possible to do.

The main language on client's concur is japanese. I suppose that page transition for translating list's items is [Expense Admin]>[Localization]>target language:English>[Custom and Vendor Lists], but only lists show up on the page, not items. Anyone who know how to translate items?

@Miri here is what I found:

  1. Go to Administration > Request or Expense
  2. Click Localization
  3. On the Localization page, click the Export Localization tab
  4. On the field: Language to Export, select the language
  5. Select the Custom and Vendor List Items checkbox
  6. Click Export
  7. Update the values with the translated items
  8. Change Overwrite : N to Overwrite : Y'
  9. Save the file as a UTF-8

When the file is updated to include the translated terms, then do the following:

  1. Go to Administration > Request or Expense
  2. Click Localization
  3. On the Localization page, click the Import Localization tab
  4. Click Browse
  5. Select the file with the translated values
  6. Click Open
  7. Click Import

@Miri from what I read, it looks like you need to contact Concur Support to have the rest translated. I would contact them and see what they say.
