How to submit an expense report which is exceeding one year?

Experts:

I have a visa fee for relocation which was happened in 2019. Because of Covid-19, I was able to on board in 2022. When I submit this expense report, it says the expense exceeding one year.  How to solve this problem?

@sunna I suggest speaking with your direct manager who will be the first approver for these expenses. Ask them if it is okay to update the date of the expenses so they are more recent. I would say keep the month and day, but update the year to 2022. Your company policy, according to the red exception message, says that if you do not submit an out of pocket expense within a one year time frame, you cannot be reimbursed. Obviously, Covid has caused some unusual circumstances. 

Anyway, speak to your manager. Only your company can provide the go ahead to change the dates of these expenses since it is a policy.
