How to Filter Cognos Report

In prior years I would perform a save as on my report and update filter for payment date to show when all items were paid in the current year and anything unpaid that I might need to accrue for.

Sent for Payment Date: Between Jan 1, 2022 and Dec 31, 2022 or the value is missing

Currently, I am not able to edit the report filter to change the year from 2022 to 2023. Please assist (all reports are under "My Content")

Are you using Firefox as the browser for full function in Cognos? I have found less functionality in Chrome and Edge when using the reporting.
