How can I add a vehicle ID in my expense "personal car mileage"

@Gavin If your site is configured to require a vehicle id, then log into SAP Concur. Go to Profile in the upper right-hand corner. Click the little arrow next to Profile. From the window that opens, click Profile Settings. On the next screen look to the left-hand side for Expense Settings. Under this heading you should see an option for Personal Car. This is where you register your car.

Okay, but how do I register? It asks for a "Vehicle ID," what does this mean? Does it want the VIN number, the license plate number, or something else? There don't appear to be any instructions.
