@Laura87 if by "this system" you mean this site you are on, you won't be entering any claims for mileage here. This is a public community. To submit mileage claims, you will need to sign in to: www.concursolutions.com. If you are not sure if you have an account, I would recommend speaking with your direct manager.
If you have gotten signed in to concursolutions.com, to start a new claim, go to Expense at the top of the SAP Concur home screen. On the next screen, you will see a Create Claim tile to start a new claim. Once you fill out the Claim Header details and click Next, you can then use the Add button on the expense claim to add the Car Hire.
