Financial Posting Failed

Hi

A couple of people at my company have received the message for their December expenses.

"Posting failed. Check audit trail for detailed error messages."

Any help would be much appreciated

@Rufio if you have the employees go to the report and open it up, they can then click the Report Details option. From the drop down menu, there is the Audit Trail. When they select this, it will show all the actions that happened on the report. They should see the message explaining why the posting failed. Have them do this and take a screenshot and send it to you. If you could then post the screenshot so we can see the message, we will be able to better provide some sort of help. 🙂
