I am inquiring as to why I have not seen the payments for the approved expenses that I submitted and were approved on 10/12/2021. I thought money was processed and direct deposited into my bank account in 3-5 business days. If you can please look into this and advise.
This will need to be directed to your internal Concur Team/Administrator. Since this forum of Admins/Users, we don't have access to your company's system and cannot access your account. Have you logged into Concur to see where the report is in your system? It is possible it is waiting for approval. (If you do not know who your Concur Admin is, I would reach out to your supervisor or finance to assist)
