Expenses Pending Concur Audit- 4 days

Hi,

My Manager cannot approve my expenses since it is pending from 2023/12/14 for Concur Audit. The amount is quite huge and I need this to be approved asap. How long is it usually taking and why Concur Audit will get involved in expenses?

@Polly it is difficult to say exactly as different companies have different contracts and Service Level Agreements when it comes to our Audit Team. Also, the delay could be because of the weekend.

Concur Audit is involved due to your company wanting an extra layer of audit.
