ExpenseIt Receipt Capture not working

Hi all

Why Expenseit stays "processing" without ending when users capture a receipt?

This start to happen now but it had worked well until now.

What could be the reason? There are no problems in the logon.

@Cris_Mira it is possible the app needs to be updated. Other troubleshooting tips are shutting down your phone and rebooting it. 

 

Have your users try these and let me know if it helps or not. 🙂

Hi Kevin.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, we had try that: uninstall the app, install again the app, shut down the phone,... but the receipts kept "analyzing".

This happened yesterday. This morning, without any apparently reason, started to work well. 

It is a very embarrassing situation as we are training the users 😞 

What can cause this situation?

I have searched in the forums but didn't found any concrete explanation.
