Expense payment says paid but no payment

Hi.

My expense payments both say paid since 24th June 2022 however no payment has been received.

I have used before can you help with this

@ecoop469 unfortunately, we cannot really look into where payments are since we don't have access to your company's bank. Best thing to do is reach out to your direct manager to see if they can provide some insight. If they can't, try reaching out to your Finance or Account Department to see if they can help.
