Expense delegate

Hi All,

I am an expense delegate and I replaced another person. This person was delated as an assistant on Concur, however, that person still receives Concur Expense Alerts. Can you help us?

@ndutkashell is the person still receiving alerts about expenses for the person that they were the delegate for? If so, Is it possible this person was deleted as a travel assistant and not an expense delegate? 

If they were deleted as a delegate, send me a private message with the name of the person who should not be receiving the alerts and the person they used to delegate for, please. I'll take a look when I receive the private message.
