Expense Hotel itemizations not saving

We have just begun to experience a wide spread issue where our users cannot itemize hotel charges. When the data is entered and attempting to save, the data disappears. Wondering if other customers are seeing this same issue?

@stsnyder1 have you converted over to NextGen UI? Is that when the issue started happening?

Hi Kevin. Yes we are on NextGen UI. We opened a case with support and found that it was an issue impacting others (as can be seen from other posting in community). Oddly the explanation provided just this morning to our case does not make much sense. I suppose the issue has been corrected by Concur in that we have no heard any further issues by our internal customers. If you have any further information it would be great to hear!
