Error code "WBS Elem is prohibit for GL posting(5000)"

Would some kind person be able to help by explaining the error code above.  I got it when I submitted a private mileage claim.

@Nigelrwilliams Hello!  I was able to look at your report.  It looks like this was sent back from your External Validation.  I am not 100% sure what this means. I would ask your direct manager if they know.  Otherwise you can also reach out to your SAP Concur Admin.  If you need the contact info for that, just send me a private message!
