Email Verify

Hello. 

I am an admin for our firm's Concur. Is there way for me to check all employees that have not verified their email? Also, is there a way for me to do it for our employees without them having to go through their own Profile settings?

To answer your second question, if you have proxy/delegate access to a user you can initiate the verification process through their Profile Settings.  That has to be done individually however and you'll probably have to separately communicate with them to explain what to do with the verification code once they receive it.

I'm interested to hear if there is an answer to your first question as I have the same request.

@nmagalhaes Hello!  I hope you are doing well.  You can create a Support case for this request.  Our Email team can run a script to get you this information.  There is not a way for the email address to be verified without going into the profile.  Let me know if you have more questions!

@nmagalhaes I searched in our Expense and Travel areas of the data warehouse and didn't find anything that shows whether the email address was verified, so you will need to follow what @MelanieT suggested.
