Declaration of Business Purpose

Does Concur allow you to setup a declaration of business purpose that the employee either must acknowledge or acknowledges upon submitting the expense report? For example, can I add the following statement as part of the submission process?

"I declare under the penalties of perjury that this claim for reimbursement is for the stated business purpose, correct and that no part of it has been previously paid."

@agolvcva Hello!

You can have a Declaration Field created with a check box.  You can put the message in a Tool Tip and also make the field required so they would have to check that box.  Or you can create an Audit Rule with this message and relate that to the new field as well.  This would need to be done by SAP Concur, so you would want to create a Support case for this.
