Credit to Citi Chrge Card for Cancelled Trip

Good day,

I recently cancelled a trip planned for 5 July 2022 on 28 June 2022. I received cancellation verification for Trip Number 0017753635943. Charges to my Citi Corporate card of $1070.85 and $29.50 (charged 27 June), are still on the charges and past due. Please cancel all charges to the Citi Card related to the cancelled trip. @1142267 hello there. We do not cancel charges or deal with credit card companies. If you canceled the trip, you should receive a credit to your citi bank card that should appear in SAP Concur with negative amounts. You may need to call your company's travel agency and ask them what is going on with the cancelation.

Have you not received the credits on your Citi Bank statement and in SAP Concur?
