`Create new expense report` button not visible on concur.

Hi,

I'm unable to create new report and thus unable to submit any expenses on concur (I only see new cash advance button).

I tried looking all the pages but can't find option to create a new expense report.

My home screen:

This problem is there for more than 2 weeks (before that I was seeing a new expense option).

Any leads will be appreciated.

Also I can't see Request tab in the new UI.
