@Jackie1 this question is something that you need to have answered by someone at your company. We cannot really advise on which to choose since we cannot readily see your expense type list choices. All I can say is find the closest matching available expense type. If whomever reviews it doesn't like the expense type you chose, they can send it back with a comment explaining what should be chosen.
I would suggest asking your direct manager first on what should be selected.
