Could Not Open New Expense Reports in Concur

I could not open new expense report in Concur, it asked me to contact admin. But I do not know whom should I seek help from.

@Xinyi_Liu You need to contact your company's concur admin. May I know what are steps you are following after login and what is the error you are getting? Screenshot would be helpful.

NOTE: There was a concur outage for EU data center on 20th Dec.

@Xinyi_Liu You should have a Company Notes section on the SAP Concur home screen. I believe your company has a link in that section to get help. Look in there and let me know if you find the link. If you you don't find it, let me know.
