Solved: Copy of monthly claim

Hi, one of our cardholders has highlighted a copy claim on his account.

He has submitted his July 22 claim and this has been paid. However a new claim, named 'Copy July 22', with the same claim total as the valid Jul22, has appeared as an active claim.

The transactions are showing as 'pending card transactions' so I'm guessing we can delete this copy claim and not affect anything.

Just wondering how/why it happened.

Has anyone else experienced this?

@KimH How it happened? The user clicked the Copy Claim button. Why it happened? You would need to ask the employee. 🙂
