Changing an employees cost centre in SAP Concur

Good morning,

A team member is trying to submit a cash reimbursement claim through SAP Concur however his profile is set to his old work site and he cannot submit a claim as the cost centres are incorrect.

How do they go about changing the cost centre in their SAP profile (profile in org structre is correct)

@FLangsdorf most companies do not allow employees to make this type of change. Someone with the correct SAP Concur site permission can do it for them though.

If you aren't sure who that might be, here is what you can do:

1. If you have a Company Notes section on the SAP Concur home page, look there to see if there is any contact information for Help.

2. Most site administrators are people either in the Finance, Payroll, HR, Accounting or IT Department. They those departments.
