Can't find my active network to use for my expense report

my active network charge number is not showing as an option to charge to. I just had finance confirm that my network and activity is active in SAP. How can this issue be resolved?

@gman111958 Hello!  You will want to reach out to your SAP Concur Admin or back to Finance to see if they can create a Support case for you.

@gman111958 what is the active network charge number you need to use? I can at least double check that I can see it. 🙂
