Can I print a report based on a Custom Field? And ...

I am wanting to print a list of all costs allocated to a specific custom field. Is there a way to do that? Also, I would like to have the "comments" be added to the final report that is exported as an excel spreadsheet. Is there a way to customize the reports to add this?

@Shalowell5 to get what you are asking for, you would need access to Cognos reporting also known as Business Intelligence. With BI you can build out a report that shows this data and run the report as an Excel file.
