Audit Communication Template-Monthly Audit Volume

As part of an upgrade from Standard to professional Concur i am filling in a new Audit communication template. One section state

Monthly Audit Volumes (Number of contracted audits per month)

how do i ensure all expense claims are audited-I don't want to enter a figure only for it to be exceeded. Can i enter 100% ?
