American Express personal cc transactions not importing on concur.

Greetings --

 

I am not able to import charges on American Express personal cc charges. I am able to to login to the online account but not able to connect the cc and concur. After a series of messages about incorrect credentials, the message below is what I am getting.

Help!

@mmagtiba are you positive that you did enter the correct credentials? 

 

Also, connecting your personal card is not a requirement as you can manually create your expenses on your reports. Also, if this personal card is used for personal purchases as well, just keep in mind those transactions would import to SAP Concur and you would need to delete them out of the system. 

 

Since this seems to be a mis-entered credential, I'm not sure I can help. I would suggest going to the AMEX site and change your password. You probably have to wait until tomorrow to try and link the accounts again since it says the max amount of tries was reached.
