Aged submitted Expense Report & Aged Expense Reports Sent for Payment

How long should a submitted expense report be in pending expense audit team status (8/17/2022)?  How long should approved expense reports be in sent for payment status (7/16/2022 & 7/20/2022)?  Concern is expenses will exceed card maximum, before paid. North American Travel Card.

@chailerm your company has a process for submitting tickets for help. When you log in to SAP Concur, look in the Company Notes section for links on getting help. 

It is strange you have a report that was paid in August, but two reports from July that aren't paid. I did notice though that the paid reports only contained out of pocket expenses, where the others not paid have company card transactions on them.
