Administer Company Permissions

When I go to Administer Company Permissions I do not see the expense tab. Where can I find it?

@MikeMTVG what is it you are trying to do? Also, can you provide a screenshot of the Company Permissions option you mentioned, please?

Kevin - I am trying to give an existing user the ability to see submitted expense report and approve those reports. screen shot is below.
