Remove "delegate for" name from dropdown menu

I have deleted those that I no longer delegate for as they have retired.  How do I remove their names so they do no show up in my drop down menu

@pls25 you cannot remove your own name. Your site administrator can do it. I'm sending you a name in a private message here on the community.

I too would like to remove 2 names from my drop down delegate menu that are no longer with the company - thank you for your help

I have 4 names from the dropdown delegate menu list that I would like not to show on the list as they are no longer with the company.  I removed me as their delegate, I cleared all cookies, cache and history, and I even tried unchecking 'expense user' in these former employees profiles. Ugh

Hi @CarrieM ,

You can try below steps:

1. Go to profile settings >> Expense Delegates >> Delegate For (delete all 4 names for whom you have been acting as delegate)

2. Now log out and login again to your Concur profile. This time those 4 names shouldn't be visible in delegate drop down list.
