You may have noticed that some of our users are designated with the label "Super User" on their Community profile. This article provides an explanation about what a Super User is, how to become a Super User, and the perks of becoming a Super User.
What is a Super User?
Super Users are SAP Concur Community members that have been selected for their high levels of engagement and activity within forums and groups.
How Can I Become a Super User?
When evaluating members for the Super User program, selection is based on the following criteria:
- Conversations initiated*
- Number of replies authored
- Number of solutions authored*
- Quality of replies and solutions
- Number of solutions accepted
- A Regular/Consistent Presence on Community
*These are the two main criteria looked at to become a Super User
What are the Perks of Becoming a Super User?
There are some advantages to becoming a Super User as we want to reward those that are some of our best Community contributors.
Some of the perks Super Users will have access to are:
- A dedicated Super User group
- Discounts on select SAP Concur events
- Discounts on SAP Concur Training*
- Community enhancements and campaigns before they launch
- Special webinars featuring SAP Concur product teams
