In case you missed the Concur TripLink product update email, Amtrak has launched their integration with Concur TripLink making it easy for your travelers to connect, shop and book rail service in North America.
If you have TripLink enabled, your travelers can connect their Amtrak Guest Rewards loyalty account via the TripLink hub so any reservations made on Amtrak.com or mobile app will automatically sync with your SAP Concur solutions. SAP Concur Administrators - make sure you include your Amtrak discount code in your policy configs so your rates are applied to the direct TripLink bookings.
