Concur Mobile App issue error 500

Hi. I have an issue related to mobile app. After following all the instructions on how to download an app, specifically after clicking on concur mobile registration, this error accures:

The server encountered an error and could not complete your request (error 500). Do anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you in advance.

No, the error is occurring when I click on "Concur Mobile Registration". So I can't even get the link to access the mobile app.
