Hi, I can no longer take pictures of bills on your phone application because as soon as the message “read amount” appears, the application systematically returns to the home page without reading the amount or saving the bill! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application with no result! WHAT TO DO? How submit a support ticket to Concur Support? Thanks

@MistJJ a couple of things. First, try rebooting your phone. See if that clears it up. If not, please recreate the issue and take a screenshot of the screen when it says "read amount", please.
